In 2024, we facilitated two intensive training sessions at our Shenzhen headquarters, focused on hands-on learning and technical collaboration. These initiatives are pivotal in supporting the ongoing global growth of Dymind, reinforcing our ability to provide steadfast and dependable service to clients across international markets.

By the end of 2024, more than 95% of Dymind after-sales engineers have successfully completed the comprehensive skills training program, significantly broadening the depth and breadth of the team's efficient service capabilities, laying a solid foundation for delivering high-quality professional services to customers worldwide.

In 2024, Dymind International After-sales Service Team has grown, now boasting 13 localized engineers across the Asia Pacific, Africa, the Americas, and other regions. These professionals are dedicated to delivering prompt, on-site support to ensure the seamless operation of the analyzers. Furthermore, Dymind are embedded in local medical ecosystems, addressing the "last mile" challenge with tailored services. Dymind’s all-inclusive services, ranging from analyzer installation, operations, training, and maintenance, thereby guarantees the smooth functioning of the equipment.




Become a Reliable Partner for Customers

Dymind is strategically working to become a trusted partner for its customers by continually enhancing its service offerings, Dymind has established its first overseas technical training center in Indonesia. By regularly organizing technical training, Dymind continuously empower partners’ service teams. At the same time, the second overseas technical training center is also in the process of preparation in Peru, set to officially operate in 2025.

Dymind International After-sales Service Team continues to expand its global business layout and actively explores innovative service models. In 2024, it officially launched a cross-border multilingual intelligent service platform, opening a new chapter in digital intelligent services.
